Shagun Chandra Real Estate is located at Plot Number 4, Khasra Number 21 in Madiyaon, over in the BKT area. It’s a bit of a drive out, but we like it here. We’ve been dealing with property in this part of Lucknow for a good bit now. The area is changing fast, with more people moving out this way. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything. Just some desks and maps of the local plots. Most of what we do involves helping people find land or houses in Madiyaon and the surrounding villages. It takes a lot of time to verify everything and make sure the papers are right. We spend many hours out on the sites, checking boundaries and talking to the locals. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do right by the people who come to see us. Dealing with real estate can be messy, but we try to keep it as simple as possible. People know us for being around and actually knowing the ground reality. It’s just us doing our daily rounds and making sure things move along. It gets hot out there in the fields, but that is part of the job. We keep a cooler in the office for anyone who stops by. It’s a small operation, but it’s ours and we work hard at it.
