Our business, SDRPSM Multisolution, is based at B-14 in Sun City. This is on Para Road, in the Bibi Kher area of Lucknow. The office is registered under the names of Smt Punam and Sri Sanjeet Kumar. It is a local operation through and through. We call it a multisolution company because we handle a variety of tasks that people need help with. The 226011 area is a bit away from the high-end shopping districts, which suits us just fine. Sun City is a growing residential neighborhood. Our office space is modest. We have a couple of desks and some storage for all the documents we have to keep track of. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in fancy suits. We wear what is comfortable and we talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but inside we keep things organized. We have a routine that we follow every day to make sure nothing gets missed. It is just hard work and being honest with the people who come to us for help. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on doing things properly and letting people find us at B-14 when they need something done right.
