Our office is located at house number 16/966 in the Indira Nagar area of Lucknow. This is a pretty busy residential neighborhood, and if you know this side of town, you know there is always someone moving around or a scooter passing by. We chose to set up here because it is close to home and easy for local residents to reach without having to go all the way into the main city center. The space itself is quite simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and the usual files stacked up on the shelves. Lucknow can get very warm in the summer, so we spend a lot of time just keeping the office cool and comfortable for whoever walks through the door. Most days are spent looking over accounts and chatting with the people from the blocks nearby. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't have any big signs or loud advertisements outside. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing the address when they are walking through the streets of Indira Nagar. Working here feels like being part of the community because we see the same faces every week. It is just a straightforward place where we do our work without making much noise about it. We keep our hours regular and try to stay organized despite how busy the street gets sometimes during the day.
