Our office is at D-4/230 in Vijyant Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area in Lucknow. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is a big place, but our little corner is relatively calm. Satyamaa Business Marketing is just a group of us working out of a converted residential space. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We have a small kitchen where we make tea at least five times a day. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture is just whatever we could find that was comfortable. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. We don't do any of that corporate "synergy" talk. We just talk like normal people. The traffic on the way here can be a nightmare sometimes, so we all have our own tricks for getting in early. Lucknow is a city with a lot of history, but our office is very much about the here and now. We handle marketing for various people, trying to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just take a break until it’s back. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to find a good spot for lunch nearby. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours without too much stress.
