You can find Saraswati Tours And Travels over in the Sahara Shopping Centre. We are located in Indira Nagar, right on the stretch of Faizabad Road near Lekhraj. It is a very busy part of Lucknow, and sometimes finding parking is a bit of a headache, but we are right there in the mix. We have been working out of this office for a good bit now. Mostly we deal with travel arrangements and helping people figure out where they need to go. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The office is tucked away in the shopping centre, so it stays a little cooler in the summer than it is out on the street. We get all kinds of people coming in. Some are looking for a quick trip, others have more complicated plans. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. We use the same desks we’ve had for years. It feels like home after a while. Lucknow people like to talk, so we spend a lot of time just chatting about routes and timing. We are close to the 226016 area, so a lot of our regulars live just a few streets away. It is nice to be part of the local scene. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basics of travel and tours.
