This part of Lucknow is still growing, so there is always some construction noise or new buildings going up nearby. Our office is fairly simple, situated on a plot that gives us enough room to breathe. We’ve been here for a while, watching the neighborhood change around us as more people move in. The work we do is varied, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There is a small area for visitors to sit, but most of the space is taken up by our desks and equipment. It’s an honest place to work. We don't use much fancy language when we talk to people; we just tell them what we can do and try to stick to our word. The dust from the road can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but that’s just life in a developing part of the city. We are just local people trying to build something that lasts. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We usually eat our lunch together at the big table in the back room. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the morning, making it quite bright.
