Our dental centre is over on Jail Road in the Bangla Bazar area of Lucknow. You can find us in the Bansal Complex, which is pretty close to the SBI Tiraha. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while now. The space isn't very large, but we have what we need to look after people's teeth. We see folks coming in for all kinds of reasons, maybe a tooth is hurting or they just need a cleaning. It’s not a fancy clinic with a big lobby. There are some chairs for waiting and the usual dental equipment in the back. I spend most of my day here, talking to patients and trying to figure out the best way to help them. Lucknow gets quite hot in the summer, so people like to come in early before it gets too bad outside. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come here are just locals who live nearby or work in the shops around the complex. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, but we try to keep things moving along. If you’re walking near the Tiraha, you’ll likely see our sign on the building. We just do the basic work that needs doing every single day.
