Sai Motor Training School

Sai Motor Training School is located right near the Sai Mandir in Babu Market. It is a very busy spot in Sarojini Nagar, so finding a place to park our training cars can be a real headache sometimes. Most people find us by looking for the temple first and then walking over. We have a couple of older cars that we use for all the driving lessons. Most of our day is spent sitting in the passenger seat, watching the road and making sure the students do not hit anything. The market is always crowded with shoppers and rickshaws, so it is a tough place to learn, but we always say that if you can drive here, you can drive anywhere. We have a small wooden desk where we handle the paperwork and the license forms. It is usually covered in old maps and empty tea cups. The bells from the mandir ring throughout the day, which is actually quite a nice sound to work to. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know these roads like the back of our hands. Sometimes the cars break down and we have to spend the whole evening fixing them in the heat. It is a simple business. We just help people get comfortable behind the steering wheel without making too much of a fuss. The local shopkeepers all know us by name because we have been here so long.
