Sahar Hospital

Sahar Hospital sits on City Nabiullah Road in the Wazir Ganj part of Lucknow. It is quite close to the Play Way School, so we hear the kids playing sometimes during the day. The building is a regular brick structure and it has been around for some time now. Inside, it looks like most hospitals you have seen before. There are corridors that lead to different rooms and the smell of cleaning supplies is always around. We do not have any of those modern art pieces on the walls. It is just a place where people come when they are not feeling well. Wazir Ganj is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Cars and rickshaws are constantly passing by on Nabiullah Road. We have some staff who have been here for years and they know the layout by heart. The 226018 area is quite crowded, which means we see a lot of different faces every single day. It is not a quiet place by any means, but it functions well enough for what is needed. Sometimes the power goes out for a second and the generator kicks in, which is just part of living in this part of Lucknow. We keep the registers updated and make sure the rooms are ready for whoever might need them. It is honest work and we just keep at it day after day without much fuss, right near the school.
