Rubics Rostrum

Rubics Rostrum is right on the ground floor of Ganpati House. We are at G-1, which is on the 4 Way Road at M M Malviya Marg. If you know where the NBRI is, we are directly opposite that, and Krishi Bhawan is very close by too. It is a central part of Lucknow. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We don't have a big waiting room or a fancy front desk. It is mostly just a workspace where we prepare for classes and help students. There are whiteboards on the walls and plenty of markers lying around. We do a lot of teaching here. The noise from the road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we just close the door and keep going with the day's work. We are a small group of people running this place. We don't use a lot of fancy titles or hierarchies. Everyone just chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it's cleaning the boards or answering the phone. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of the students who come here live in the city or travel in from the outskirts. We keep things simple and practical. No one wears a suit unless they really want to. We just focus on the lessons and making sure everyone understands the material. It’s a honest, busy little office. We like it this way.
