Risehomes Realtors Private Limited is based out of a small office at 1/10 Vijay Khand. This is in the G.N. area of Lucknow, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We aren’t a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working together. Our office is pretty plain, just some furniture and the usual office supplies. We spend most of our time dealing with local property listings. Some days are spent driving around to look at different sites, and other days we are stuck at our desks. We know Lucknow well, especially the Vijay Khand area. It’s a place where things are always changing, with new houses being built every year. We try to keep up with it all. Our approach is just to be straightforward. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some filing or to wait for a client who is stuck in traffic. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't make it sound more important than it is. It’s about helping people find a place or sell a piece of land. We’ve been here for a bit and plan on staying. It’s a regular local business run by people who live right here in the city. No frills, just work. We keep our coffee pot going all day and just try to stay on top of the paperwork.
