REYDA MILLS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company, Reyda Mills Private Limited, is located at 633/30 in Gomti Vihar, which is in the Matiyari area of Chinhat. This part of Lucknow is a bit away from the main city center, so it is a little quieter but still busy with small industries. We have a decent-sized space here where we do our work. It is a very practical setup. We do not have a big fancy office with a lot of decorations or art. It is more of a place where we can focus on the production side of things. Most of us here have lived in Lucknow for our whole lives. We started this mill because we wanted to do something local. The 226028 area has grown a lot since we first arrived here. There are more houses and shops now than there used to be. Our day starts early and ends whenever the work is finished. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule with a lot of rules. If something needs to be done, we just stay and do it. We talk to each other directly instead of sending a million emails back and forth. It is just easier to work that way. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how things are going. We are not a huge corporation, just a private limited company trying to make a living. We take pride in our small team and the fact that we manage things ourselves.
