Rayhan Travel House Pvt.Ltd. is the name on our door and we are located in a very busy section of Hazratganj. We are up on the first floor of Sana Palace-2, which sits right on Shahnazf Road. If you are ever out shopping at Saharaganj Mall, we are basically right across the street from it. It is a really good spot for us because there is always something going on right outside our window. We spend a lot of our time at our desks in room B-1. It is not the biggest office in the city, but it works perfectly fine for what we need to do. We have been here in Lucknow for quite a long time and Hazratganj feels like the center of everything to us. Working in the travel business means that things are always changing, which definitely keeps us on our toes every day. We do not have any slick sales pitches or polished corporate speeches. We just help people find the flights or hotels they are looking for when they need to go somewhere. It is just practical work. Most of us working here just like to travel ourselves, so it made sense for us to do this. The mall nearby brings a lot of people into this area, so we see many different faces throughout the day. We keep the office open and just handle whatever comes. It is a good way to spend the day.
