We are over here in Chinhat, specifically at Tilak Vihar Hasemau. It’s a bit of a quiet spot tucked away near Malhar. Prabhunath Jaiswal is the one whose place we use for the office address. It's not a big fancy building, just a normal spot where we get our work done every day. People around here know the area well. We spend a lot of time looking at different properties and trying to figure out where things are headed in this part of Lucknow. Sometimes the roads get a bit dusty but that’s just how it is around here. We started Rath Developers Private Limited because we saw things changing in the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desk, making calls and checking on paperwork. There isn’t much to the office, just the basics like chairs and a table. Most of the time, we are out on the field anyway. It feels good to be working in a place you actually live in. You get to know the neighbors and which shops sell good tea during the afternoon slump. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know the local land. If you come by Malhar, you might see us walking around or talking to someone about a boundary line. It’s a simple way to spend the day, really. Nothing too complicated or flashy going on here. Just work. I hope the weather stays nice today.
