We are based at L-3/43 in Vinay Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area in Lucknow. It’s a residential neighborhood, so our office is actually in a house. This makes the whole environment very calm and personal. We don’t have a big staff or a suite of offices. It’s just a simple setup where we handle real estate matters. I spend most of my day here looking over property listings or talking to people on the phone. The office room is fairly small, with a desk, a couple of chairs, and a printer that sometimes makes a lot of noise. Since I’m in Vinay Khand, I’m close to most of the places I deal with, which is handy. I don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. I just talk to people about what they need and see what’s available in the market. The street outside is usually quiet, with just the occasional vegetable seller passing by. It’s a very different vibe from the big commercial centers in the city. I’ve always preferred working this way because it feels more honest and direct. I keep all my records in a few big binders, and I try to stay organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the desk. It’s just me running the show here, so I handle everything from the first call to the final document. It’s a lot of work, but I enjoy the independence.
