We are located at 5/71 in the Vikas Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s a pretty standard residential neighborhood, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our office is just a regular ground-floor space that we’ve converted for our work. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here every day, handling the paperwork and making sure the accounts are in order. The street outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional fruit seller or the school rickshaws passing by. Inside, we keep things very casual. We don't wear uniforms and we don't use any corporate jargon. If someone comes in with a question, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s clear. We have a few old filing cabinets that are a bit rusty, and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We focus on being a place where local folks can come without feeling intimidated by big bank atmosphere. We do our calculations, update the passbooks, and keep everything running smoothly. Most of our day is spent either writing or chatting with the regulars who live in the nearby blocks. It’s a steady, unpretentious way to earn a living in Lucknow. We just try to be a reliable spot in Vikas Nagar for whoever needs us to look after their small savings. The light in the office is a bit dim but we manage.
