Rac & Hospital

Our place is located on Tulsidas Marg. It’s a busy street, as anyone who lives nearby can tell you. Rac & Hospital has been part of this street for a long time. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose well. We have several departments here, handling a bit of everything. It’s a practical setup. We don't go for the high-end decor you see in some of the newer places. Instead, we focus on keeping the floors clean and the medical equipment in good shape. The daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up early, and there’s usually someone waiting by the door. Tulsidas Marg is a main artery, so there's a lot of traffic and noise, but once you're inside, it’s a bit calmer. We have a mix of experienced doctors and younger staff. We don't use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to patients. We just tell them what’s going on in plain English. Most of our patients are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We know their histories without having to look at the files every single time. It’s that kind of place. No one is trying to be a corporate giant here. We’re just a local hospital on a busy road trying to help the people who live around Tulsidas Marg. It’s a lot of long hours, but we get by. We recently painted the front door, but the rest of the building still looks its age, which is just fine with us.
