We are located on the first floor of the Sahara Shopping Centre in the Lekhraj area. It is a well-known spot in Lucknow, so most people do not have much trouble finding us once they get inside the building. The office is just a standard room with some desks and computers. We spend most of our hours looking at screens, trying to find the best routes for people who want to travel out of the city. Since we also handle various services, there is always a lot of paperwork to go through. It can be a bit boring sometimes, just filling out forms and checking details, but it has to be done. We have a few chairs for visitors, but it is not a place where people hang out for long. They usually just come in, tell us what they need, and then leave once the booking is confirmed. The shopping center can get pretty busy on the weekends, which makes our floor a bit noisier than usual. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights inside. It is just a practical space for us to work. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it is really hot outside, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. It is just a regular job for us, making sure the travel plans go okay and the services are handled.
