Quality Tools & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is our company. You can find us at D-25 in Indra Nagar. We are tucked right behind the Shara Trade Center. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know the lanes well. The building is an older one, but it serves our purposes. We deal with various tools and some technical equipment. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and workbenches. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We’ve been in Indra Nagar for quite some time now. The local tea seller knows us all by name. It’s a community where everyone knows what the person next door is doing. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a small group of us working every day. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of a mess in the lane outside, but we manage. We aren't the type to have a big fancy reception area. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll see someone working on a piece of equipment or checking a list. We prefer it that way. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Most people find us through word of mouth. We don't spend money on billboards or anything like that. If someone needs a tool fixed or a specific part, they just come by and ask. We do what we can to help out our customers. It is what it is.
