You can find our clinic inside Shyam Plaza, which is located in Shringar Nagar in the Alam Bagh area. It’s a typical commercial plaza, so there are other shops and offices around us. Finding the right door might take a minute the first time you visit, but once you know the way, it’s simple. We are just a small local clinic. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We have a few chairs in the front for people to sit while they wait their turn. The walls are painted a simple color, and there’s a desk where we keep our records. Alam Bagh is a crowded place, and Shringar Nagar has its own rhythm. We get a lot of local people who just walk over from their homes. It’s a quiet spot compared to the noise of the main road outside. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us looking after the daily tasks. We try to keep the appointments on time, though sometimes things run a bit late if a conversation goes longer than expected. We don't use any fancy technology for check-ins, just a register and a pen. It’s a very basic, human way of doing things. People come here because it’s close by and they know they’ll be heard. That is really all we are about here in Shringar Nagar. It is just a small office in a big plaza.
