We don’t have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we handle the financial needs of our members. Lucknow is a big city, but Bijnour feels like its own little world sometimes. We mostly see people from around Seema City who want to save or need a small loan. We try to keep things very down to earth. There are no fancy suits here, just us in our regular clothes doing the daily tasks. We handle the registrations and the deposits without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to be a reliable place for the folks in our part of Lucknow. The office is easy to spot once you get into the Seema City area. We keep our paperwork organized and our doors open for anyone in the community who is part of the Nidhi group. That’s about it for us. We just show up and do the work required to keep the books in order every day.
