Pratik Clinic

Pratik Clinic is over on Satrikh Road in the Chinhat area of Lucknow. It’s a busy part of town, and we are right there in the middle of it. The clinic is a simple place, nothing fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We’ve got a few chairs in the waiting area and a small desk where we handle the check-ins. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby neighborhoods. They know us by name, and we know many of them too. It’s a local kind of spot. The road outside always has something going on, which can make it a bit noisy during the day. We don't mind it much. We just focus on the people who walk through the door. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s a steady stream of folks coming in. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things are taken care of. The walls are a bit plain and the lighting is just standard, but it works for what we do. We’ve been on Satrikh Road for a long time now. It’s where we started and where we plan to stay. There isn't any big corporate philosophy here. We just open up, see who needs help, and try to get everyone sorted out before we close up for the evening. It’s a simple life at the clinic.
