Prakash Auto Agency

Prakash Auto Agency is tucked away in the lower ground floor of Prem Preet Plaza. It’s unit Lgf-1, right at A-14 in Indira Nagar. Being in a basement means we don’t get a ton of natural light, but it keeps the place relatively cool during the summer months. We deal with auto parts and various bits and pieces for cars. The shelves are pretty tall and they’re packed with boxes of filters, brakes, and light bulbs. It smells a bit like rubber and oil in here, which I guess is expected for an auto agency. People from around the neighborhood drop by when they need something specific for their vehicle. We spend a lot of time looking through catalogs or checking the computer to see if a part matches a certain model. It’s not a shiny showroom with cars on display. It’s more of a warehouse feel where we keep the stock ready for mechanics or DIY folks. The plaza is usually busy, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. We just keep doing our thing, helping people find the right parts so they can get back on the road. It’s practical work and we don't really bother with big sales pitches. We just check the stock and hand over the parts that are needed for the job.
