Pma Jan Nidhi Limited is situated at 12 Salempur Patoura in the town of Kakori. It’s a place that most people around here know pretty well. Kakori has a lot of history, but our day-to-day life at the office is much more ordinary. The office is located in a simple building that blends in with all the houses around it. Inside, it is mostly just us working at our desks, surrounded by brown folders and old metal cupboards. We have been here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every morning when we open up. People from the Salempur Patoura area walk in to talk about their accounts or to ask for advice on how to save a bit more of their earnings. We don't use any complicated computer systems. It is mostly just pens, paper, and a lot of patience. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are out on the street, but we don't really mind. It feels like being part of a big family. We usually have a pot of tea going, and anyone who stops by is welcome to have a cup while we sort out their paperwork. There are no big signs or polished floors in this office. Just a plain concrete floor and some old furniture that has seen better days. We work hard to keep the records straight, even when it gets busy. It’s just how we do things.
