We've been working out of Lucknow for some time now, helping people figure out their next step with jobs and such. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's mostly just us sitting with resumes and talking to folks who are looking for work. We see a lot of young people just out of college who are a bit confused about where to go. Then there are older people who just want a change. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at job listings. Lucknow has a lot of talent, but sometimes the connection between the person and the right job is missing. We try to bridge that gap in our own small way. It’s a lot of paperwork and emails, honestly. Some days are slower than others. We don't promise anyone a dream life, we just try to find something that fits their skills. People come into the office, we sit down, have a chat, and see what can be done. It’s practical work. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives, so we know how the local market moves. It’s nice when someone calls back to say they got the position. That’s really the main thing for us. We just keep at it, day by day, right here in the city. No big speeches or polished presentations, just looking through files and making calls to help people get started.
