Our office is over in Vibhooti Khand, specifically at D-2/125 in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and we’ve set up shop here to help out the local crowd. We aren’t one of those massive financial firms that you see in the news. We’re just a Nidhi company, focusing on small-scale savings and loans for our members. The office is a straightforward space—nothing too fancy, just enough room for us to do our work and for people to sit and talk. We get a lot of foot traffic because of where we are. People come in to deposit a little bit of money from their weekly earnings or to ask about how they can get a small loan for a personal project. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy speeches for us. We just speak plainly. If you have a question, we answer it. If you need help with a form, we help you. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Lucknow is growing fast, but we try to keep that small-town feel in our office. We know our regulars and we’re always happy to see a new face from the neighborhood. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the business running and the members happy. No big corporate agenda, just local people helping each other out day by day in the middle of this busy city.
