Our shop is situated in the LDA Colony area of Lucknow, specifically at Shop No 16. If you know the neighborhood, we are quite close to the SBI Bank, which is a big landmark around here. It’s a modest little place, but it serves the local community well for their daily needs. We handle a lot of things like bill payments, recharges, and other small transactions that people need to get done quickly. The shop is usually open from morning until late evening, and we see a steady stream of people coming in. Some are in a big rush, while others stay for a minute to chat about the weather or local news. It’s not a corporate office with fancy furniture; it’s just a counter, a computer, and some chairs. Being near the bank means there’s always a lot of foot traffic, so we’re rarely sitting idle for too long. We’ve been here for a while and have become a familiar face to many who live nearby. The work is mostly routine, but it keeps us busy and connected to the people in the colony. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s just the reality of running a small shop in this part of town. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in, without any of the big talk you hear from larger companies. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
