Pat Care Clinic

Our clinic is based in C Block of Indira Nagar here in Lucknow. It’s a pretty standard setup for a neighborhood clinic. We’ve been at this location for a while, and most of the people who live in the surrounding blocks know where to find us. We don’t have a big staff or a massive building. It’s just a few rooms where we see patients and keep our supplies. The area is usually busy with people going about their business, so there’s always some noise from the street. We try to keep the inside as calm as possible, though. We aren't into big marketing or trying to sound like a high-end medical facility. We’re just a local spot where you can come when you’re not feeling well. Our desks are often covered in files and the chairs in the waiting room are just regular plastic ones. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. We open up in the morning, see who comes in, and do what we can to help them out. Most of our visitors are just neighbors who live within walking distance. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come to work and do what needs to be done for the folks in Indira Nagar. It's a simple life and a simple clinic. We spend a lot of time just chatting with folks and checking their charts. It is just a part of the everyday routine in C Block.
