Pastika Bakery Private Limited

Pastika Bakery Private Limited has been running out of Plot No-28 in Rahim Nagar for a bit now. We are right there in the Dudauli area of Faizullah Ganj. Lucknow is a big place, but this corner feels like its own little world sometimes. The morning rush on the street outside starts early, and we are usually already inside getting things sorted. It is a bit cramped in the back where the work gets done, but we make it work. We have got our address at Lucknow-226020 and we have been in this spot since the beginning. It's not a corporate office with leather chairs. It's a place with dusty floors and the constant hum of machines. We often have a tea break around four in the evening when the worst of the heat has passed. It gives us a chance to talk about what needs to be fixed or ordered for the next morning. We deal with suppliers coming in and out, and sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes of Faizullah Ganj. That is just part of the daily routine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us answering the phone and writing down what needs to be done on pieces of paper. Some days are longer than others, especially when the weather gets really humid in Uttar Pradesh. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The neighbors know us by now, and we know which times of day the traffic is going to be a nightmare. It’s a real job with real people.
