Pankaj Clinic is situated in Hazratganj, specifically over at A P Sabha. Being in Hazratganj means we are right in the middle of a very old and famous part of the city. The A P Sabha building has a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk through the halls. Our clinic is just a small part of that. It is a simple setup with a waiting area and a consultation room. We have high ceilings because of the way the old buildings were constructed, which helps keep it cool in the summer. Hazratganj is always full of people shopping and walking around, so there is a constant hum of activity outside. We get a mix of people coming in—some who have been living in this area for decades and others who are just passing through. The furniture in the clinic is a bit mismatched, and the floorboards creak when you walk on them, but it has a comfortable feel to it. Working at A P Sabha is interesting because you see so many different types of people every day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that; we just rely on being in a good location and doing our jobs quietly. Pankaj Clinic is a modest place where we don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up every morning and wait for the first person to knock on the door.
