We are over in Gomti Nagar, specifically at Plot No -102 in Jiwan Plaza, Vipul Khand 2. It is a busy area with a lot of new buildings going up. We run Pacific Security Force from this office. Our main job is providing security guards for the residential blocks and businesses around here. It is a lot of work keeping track of everyone’s shifts and making sure the sites are covered 24/7. We do not have any big corporate slogans. We are just a local security firm trying to do things right. The office in Jiwan Plaza is where we handle all the hiring and the training for the new guys. It can get a bit loud when everyone is there at once. We do not really advertise much because word of mouth in Gomti Nagar is usually enough to keep us busy. People see our uniforms at the gates and they ask for our number. We try to be fair and honest with our workers and the people who hire us. It is a straightforward business. We show up, we watch the property, and we go home. Gomti Nagar is a good place to be right now because it is growing so fast. We are just happy to be a part of it and to have a steady place here in Vipul Khand 2. It takes a lot of patience to manage a security team, but we have been doing it long enough to know the drill.
