We run P S Security Services Private Limited from our office at 548/01 in Santoshi Nagar. It’s located on Devpur Road in Lucknow. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a small room where we handle all the scheduling and the phone calls. Dealing with security stuff means someone is usually here at odd hours. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden chairs and a big desk that has seen better days. Lucknow is a big city, and Devpur Road gets its fair share of activity. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals in Santoshi Nagar know where we are. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the road. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. Sometimes it’s stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we just figure it out. We aren't some giant international firm. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job from our base here in Uttar Pradesh. The tea shop next door is where we usually go when we need a break. It’s just how we operate. We just stay focused on the tasks.
