Our office is in the Changer Complex, which is on Kanpur Road near the Purani Chungi area. A good way to find us is to look for Gyani Ji Ka Dhaba, as we are right near that well-known spot. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks and cars always moving past, especially with the Chungi being so close. We’ve been operating from here for a good while, and it’s where all our travel work happens. Most of our morning is spent coordinating with drivers and making sure the cars are where they need to be. It’s a lot of writing things down on paper and making phone calls to see if everyone is on time. The office itself is quite basic, just a place for us to sit and manage the bookings. We see all sorts of people, from those heading out on a long trip to others just needing a quick ride across the city. Lucknow traffic can be a real pain sometimes, so we spend a lot of time checking the roads and telling people to leave a little earlier to avoid being late. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have any big marketing plans; we just rely on people knowing where we are and stopping by when they need a vehicle for their travels. It’s a simple, local way of doing things, and we’ve gotten used to the daily rush and the noise of the road outside.
