Ougra Infrastructure Private Limited is located at F-136 in Ratnakar Khand. We are right off Rbl Road, which is always packed with trucks and cars. It’s a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily, even if the traffic is bad. The office is just a regular house that we’ve converted for work. It has a bit of a homey feel to it, which we like. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small group of people working on infrastructure projects. Most of our day is spent dealing with local contractors and making sure we have the materials we need. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of salespeople. If someone wants to work with us, they usually just show up at the door or give us a call. We prefer it that way. It’s more personal. We talk about the work, the costs, and how long it’s actually going to take. There is no point in sugarcoating things. Infrastructure is messy and complicated, and we just try to navigate it the best we can. It’s steady work, and we are happy to be doing it from our little corner in Ratnakar Khand.
