Organic India Private Limited

Organic India Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 266 on Faizabad Road. We are in the Kamta section, close to Post Chinhat. The office here is more about the paperwork and the management side of things. It’s a functional space. We have some desks, a few old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where we spend too much time drinking coffee. Being on Faizabad Road means it's easy for people to drop by, though we are usually too busy with the ledgers to notice much of what happens outside. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for years. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and solve problems as they pop up. The building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We keep the files organized and make sure the phones are answered. It is a steady rhythm we have developed here in Kamta. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get through the to-do list so we can go home to our families. It’s a basic operation, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the daily tasks and stay grounded.
