Operating out of 22/205 in Indira Nagar keeps us pretty busy most weeks. Moving houses is a messy business and there’s always a lot of tape and cardboard boxes lying around our space. We started Omdeo Packers & Movers Pvt Ltd because there’s always someone moving in or out of this part of town. It’s hard work, mostly lifting heavy furniture up narrow stairs or trying to fit a big sofa through a small door. We spend a lot of time in our trucks, driving through traffic to get to the next house. Our office at 22/205 is where we handle all the booking and try to keep the schedules straight, which is harder than it sounds when people change their minds at the last minute. We’ve seen all sorts of things, from people who have everything packed perfectly to folks who haven't even started when we show up with the boxes. We don’t use any fancy machines, just a lot of bubble wrap and blankets to keep things from breaking. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours, especially when the weather isn’t helping. We just try to get the job done so people can get settled into their new places without too much trouble. We aren't some giant corporation, just a team of guys who know how to pack a truck right. It’s just what we do every day here in Indira Nagar.
