Om Tour Travel

Our office is located in Shara Plaza, which is right on Faizabad Road here in Indira Nagar. We are pretty close to the Sahara Shopping Center, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Om Tour Travel isn't a big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular room where we handle our travel business. We have been in Lucknow for quite some time. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer to get people's travel plans in order. We don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most people just walk in while they are out shopping at the plaza. We try to be helpful and give honest answers about travel times and costs. The traffic on Faizabad Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but that’s just Lucknow for you. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and try to keep things organized. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can talk to everyone who comes through the door. Sometimes we get a bit behind when it’s busy, but we always catch up eventually. It’s just us, working hard in Indira Nagar. No corporate slogans, just a local business trying to do right by the people who trust us with their trips. We know the area well and we're always here at the plaza.
