R. K. Industries

R. K. Industries is located on Kanpur Road, specifically in the Narayan Khera Bani area. It’s a bit further out from the main city hub, which gives us more space to work. We have a decent-sized shed where all the manufacturing happens. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of the materials we use, but that’s just the nature of the industry. I spend most of my day out on the floor making sure the machines are running right. We’ve been at this location for a long time. The commute can be a bit long for some of our workers, but they stay because we treat them well. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find me in my work clothes. We focus on getting the orders finished and ready for the trucks that come by in the evening. The noise of the machinery is something you stop noticing after a while. We often have tea together under the tree outside during breaks. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t do much fancy talk. We just make what we need to make and send it out. Sometimes the raw materials arrive late, and we have to stay late to catch up. That’s just how it goes when you’re running an industrial unit like this one. It's tough work but it's ours.
