Neera Hospital

Neera Hospital is at B-2 Mahanagar Extension in the Ali Ganj area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s a bit more peaceful here than at some of the bigger city hospitals. We’ve been around for a while, and most of our patients are people who live right here in Mahanagar or nearby. We aren't a massive facility, but we have the equipment we need to take care of most things that come through the door. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how we talk to people; we just try to be helpful and kind. If someone is nervous, we take a minute to chat with them about something else to calm them down. The building is a bit older, so you might see some wear and tear on the walls, but the medical areas are kept in good shape. We don't have a PR team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do our shifts, and help the people who are sick or hurt. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit backed up, but we always get to it eventually. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We like that we are small enough to remember the names of the families who come to us. It makes the work feel more like we are helping neighbors than just seeing patients in a big cold building.
