Neelam Tour & Travels

You can find our office over in Vishal Khand-4 in Gomti Nagar. We are tucked away near house A/190. It's a bit quieter in this part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads. We’ve been running Neelam Tour & Travels for a good number of years now. It’s mostly a family thing. We have a couple of Indicas and a larger van for when bigger groups need to travel together. People around here know us for being reliable when they need a lift to the airport or a trip out to the countryside for a few days. We don't spend much money on fancy signs or big office decor. Just a small board out front is all we have. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to sit and chat while we are waiting for a new booking to come in on the phone. I handle most of the phone calls myself. If I’m out driving a customer, my son takes the messages down in a notebook. We try to keep everything very straightforward. There are no hidden costs, we just tell you the rate and that's that. The roads around here have been under repair lately, so we've learned all the shortcuts to avoid the bad traffic spots. We’re just a small local outfit trying to make a living and helping people get around. It’s a lot of work keeping the cars maintained properly, but we get by.
