Our office is over in Sanjay Gandhi Puram, right near Lekhraj Chauraha on Faizabad Road. It is 101C, inside the building there. Lucknow gets busy, especially this part of the road, so there is always noise from the street. We do recruitment work and tech stuff under the Innovador Infotech name. Mostly, we sit at our desks and look through resumes or talk to companies looking for people. It is a lot of looking at screens. We do not really have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some rooms with people working. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or it gets crowded when people come in for meetings. We try to keep things moving. Dealing with jobs is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We are right by the main road, so it is easy for people to find us once they get to the Lekhraj area. It is a plain office, nothing special to look at. We have been here for some time now. Some of us have worked here for years. We eat lunch together when we can. It is just a normal workplace where we try to get things right for the people looking for work. We do not make big promises, we just do the job day by day. It is honest work. If you are near Faizabad Road, you have probably passed our building a hundred times without noticing.
