Naukri Solutions is based in Lucknow, over in the Sahara Shopping Centre in Indira Nagar. We’re up on the third floor, in room 301. It’s right near Lekhraj Market, which most people in this part of town know well. Faizabad Road is always packed with cars and rickshaws, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our doorstep. The shopping centre itself has been around for a long time, and you can feel that history when you walk through the corridors. Our office is a modest space. We have our computers and a stack of files that never seems to get any smaller. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us working together. It’s an everyday sort of place. We don't use fancy talk; we just answer the phone and try to be helpful. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine here in 226016. Lucknow has a specific pace, and we fit right into it. We spend our days managing whatever comes our way, keeping things practical and down-to-earth while we navigate the busy atmosphere of Faizabad Road.
