We are located at Swastik, 55, in Sai City, which is right on Iim Road here in Lucknow. We are quite close to Maharshi University, so the area usually has a lot of activity. We handle building and engineering work, which means we spend as much time on construction sites as we do in the office. The office itself is a straightforward space where we keep our tools, plans, and some basic supplies. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just where we coordinate our projects. Building things is a tough job and there are always problems to solve, like delays with materials or weather issues. We don't pretend that everything is perfect all the time. We just deal with things as they come up. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the local soil and the weather patterns in this part of Lucknow, which helps when we are planning a new structure. People around Iim Road know us because they see our trucks and our sites. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the city. We just want to finish our current jobs and make sure the structures are solid. Some days we are covered in dust and mud, and other days we are stuck doing paperwork at the desk. It’s a mix of everything. We're just local builders doing our thing in Sai City.
