Mosco Mutton Private Limited

We’re running Mosco Mutton Private Limited out of Flat No. 702 in the Gold Line Residency. It’s in the Anaura area of Lucknow, up on the seventh floor of Block-A. It might seem like an odd place for a meat business office, but it works for us. Most of our actual work happens on the ground, but this is where we handle all the paperwork and the phone calls. Lucknow is a city that really knows its mutton, so we have to be careful about what we’re doing. People here have high standards for their food. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure everything is moving on time. It gets pretty hectic around the holidays or when there’s a big festival coming up. We aren't some giant corporation with a hundred employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure people get good quality meat for their kitchens. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which is a bit of a pain when we’re in a rush, but the view from the seventh floor is alright. We don't bother with fancy advertising or anything like that. We just try to be reliable. If we say something is going to be there, we do our best to make sure it is. That’s just how we were raised to do business in this town. We hope to stay here for a long time.
