Our place is in the Rajesh Nagar Colony. We are right there by the Ganesh Mandir, which makes it easy for people to find us when they come for prayers. It’s a nice little spot. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. I usually have a cup of tea on my desk by nine in the morning. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who come in. A lot of folks from the area drop by to put some money away for later. We don't have any of those flashy signs you see in the city. Just a simple nameplate so people know they’re at the right door. The floors get a bit dusty with people walking in and out all day, but we sweep up every evening before we head home. It feels good to be working so close to the temple. You can hear the bells sometimes during the day. We don't use any complicated words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We are just regular people living in the colony and doing our jobs. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, but we stay on top of it as best we can. Most of our members are people we’ve known for years. It’s a steady way to live and work. We don't need much more than that to keep us happy. Every day is pretty much the same.
