We are located over in Gomtinagar, which is always a busy area to be in. Monarch Eventz And Solution is where we handle a lot of the planning for different gatherings. It’s not a very big office, but it’s packed with stuff like fabric samples, sketches, and stacks of folders. Most of our work happens out at the venues, but this is where we do all the phone calls and the scheduling. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the tents or the lights show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in traffic or a florist running late, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s the reality of this kind of work. It’s not all pretty pictures. It’s a lot of lifting boxes and staying up until 3:00 AM to make sure a stage is set up right. We are just a small group of people who enjoy seeing things come together at the end of the day. In Gomtinagar, everyone is always in a hurry, so we try to keep our pace up. We don’t really have a brochure or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw a job we did somewhere else. We just take it one day at a time, making lists and checking them twice. It’s a bit chaotic, but it works for us.
