Microlit

Microlit is based out of 629, Pakramau on Kursi Road. This part of Lucknow is a bit away from the main city center, so it’s a little quieter here, though the road gets busy with trucks heading out. Our facility is where we handle all our lab instruments. Many benches are set up for checking the pipettes and other small tools we sell. It’s a clean space, but it’s definitely a working lab and warehouse, not a corporate office. Precision is what we spend our time on. A big front desk or anyone in a suit isn't something you'll see here. Most of us are just wearing regular clothes and focusing on the equipment. Kursi Road has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings popping up around Pakramau. Checking the stock every morning and then getting the shipping boxes ready is our main routine. Bubble wrap is used in large amounts to make sure nothing breaks during transport. The team is quite small, so we all know what needs to be done without much talking. Drinking tea and staying on top of the orders that come in through the mail occupies our afternoons. It’s a practical way to run things. Impressing anyone with a fancy lobby isn't the point. We just want to make sure the lab gear is right before it leaves. Dealing with scientific tools requires a quiet environment and that is what we have here.
