You can find us right near Diamond Place over in Ismailganj, just off the Faizabad Road. It’s a big building, and because we handle a lot of different specialties, there’s always a lot of activity in the halls. People come from all over this part of town because it’s a convenient spot to get to. The lobby is usually full of families waiting for news or sitting with patients. We have a lot of doctors coming in and out at different hours, so the schedule is always a bit of a puzzle to manage. The elevators are a little slow, which can be annoying when you’re in a hurry, but they get the job done eventually. We try to keep the floors shiny, but with so many feet walking on them every day, it’s a constant battle. It’s not a quiet, peaceful place like a library; it’s a busy hospital with bells ringing and people talking. We have a small canteen nearby where the staff gets lunch, and you can usually smell the food cooking around noon. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size running smoothly. We don't have a big marketing department writing polished speeches for us. We’re just the people who work here, trying to keep the machines running and the beds ready for whoever needs them. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we’re used to the fast pace of Faizabad Road and the daily challenges.
