Manish Tour & Travel

Manish Tour & Travel is based out of Shop No-2 on B-Block Road. We are pretty close to Amrapali Chauraha, which is a landmark most people in Indira Nagar know well. Our shop isn't anything fancy, just a small place where we do our business. We’ve been here in Lucknow for a good amount of time now. Usually, it's just us sitting here handling the bookings and talking to drivers. It gets busy around the chauraha, so there is always something going on outside. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write professional scripts for us. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. If a car is going to be late because of traffic, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that more than a bunch of excuses. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It is a local business and we treat it that way. We don't have those polished brochures you see in hotels. We just use our ledgers and computers to keep things moving. Sometimes we have tea with the customers while we figure out their routes. It’s just how we operate. Being near Amrapali Chauraha makes it easy for people to find us when they are out running errands. We are just regular people trying to run a decent travel service. No big corporate goals, just making sure the next trip goes okay for our customers.
