Mani Laminates

Mani Laminates is located in Raja Anand Vihar, specifically in the Hindu Kheda area. We are right near the Indian Oil Petroleum pump on the Amausi Railway Station Road. It is a busy spot with all the trucks and cars stopping for fuel. Our shop is full of big sheets of laminate and plywood. You can smell the wood and the chemicals used for the finishes as soon as you step inside. We have samples hanging on the walls but mostly it is just stacks and stacks of material. Moving these sheets is hard work and it takes two people usually so we don't scratch the surfaces. The road outside is often dusty because of the construction going on around Amausi. We get a lot of carpenters and contractors coming in to pick out patterns for kitchens or cupboards. Sometimes a homeowner comes in and they are overwhelmed by all the colors, so we just let them look around at their own pace. We are not pushy people. We just show what we have in stock. Being near the railway station road means there is always traffic, but it makes it easy for deliveries to reach us. It is just a regular shop where we spend our days moving heavy boards and talking to people about their home renovations. We stay open late most nights because that is when the workers finish their shifts.
